Restaurant Skills

During this course Trainees will have the opportunity to experience practical classes in our in-house training Restaurant. This gives the trainee a real-life experience while gaining confidence in the Restaurant environment. The course also involves some class room studies which will give the trainees a deeper understanding of the role of a professional restaurant service staff.

To develop the skills of trainees who wish to start-out in the hospitality industry as professional restaurant service staff. Whether you have some experience or no experience at all, this course is aimed at giving you the skills and the confidence to work in the hospitality industry as professional restaurant service staff.

This is a one year full-time course.
