ProgrammesThe school runs six courses: 1. Culinary Skills 2. Bar Skills 3. Restaurant Skills 4. Tourism 5. Professional Cookery 6. Tourism Hospitality Placement These programmes combine theory and practice. The IIHCS will assign their students to a placement. These work placements are supervised by the IIHCS. Successful completion of these placements is an integral part of the certification process. Fees The Irish International Hotel and Catering School (IIHCS) is a private institution and therefore fees are applicable. Please note that fees must be paid in full (by bank draft or bank transfer) when accepting an offer of a place at IIHCS. The international student fee includes tuition fees, examination fees, class materials, uniforms, the first month accommodation, student services and medical insurance. No refunds will be made except in the case where a student visa is refused. Evidence of this refusal will have to be provided and an administrative fee of EUR60 will be deducted. | |||||
