Culinary Skills
The Culinary Skills Certificate Programme functions as part of the National Vocational Certification framework. It is designed to meet the professional skills development needs of those aspiring
to a career in the culinary sector. On completing the programme, participants will ideally progress to the National Certificate in Professional Cookery. Competence in all modules is a requirement for certification.
The program consists of eight taught modules, followed by a period of professional work practice.
This is a one year full-time course.
