Application Process

As all IIHCS programmes are conducted in English, applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of proficiency in English.  All documents required for the application process must be submitted along with certified translated copies in English. The copy of the personal particular page of the passport must be submitted and the passport must have no less than six months validity from the date of the completion of the course. The applicants may be requested to attend for an interview. The interview can sometimes be done by telephone.

Procedures:

1. The applicant must fill out the IIHCS Application Form and submit it along with the original copies of the required documents to the school representative.
2. If the application is accepted, the school will issue an invoice to the applicant. The applicant should deposit the required fee to the designated account accordingly.
3. After the payment is confirmed, the applicant will receive a receipt and a letter of admission from IIHCS. These two documents are, among other documents, necessary for the application of Study Visa in Ireland.
4. The applicant should visit the Irish Embassy website in his/her own country, read the General Information for visa application thoroughly and fill out the application form for Study Visa on-line.
5. The Irish Visa Office will perform background checks and may request for further information. The process will take a minimum of 20 days.
6. Once the visa is issued, the applicant should contact the school representative for further arrangements including flights arrangement, airport pickup service and arrangements for accommodation.
