I never thought I would have a chance to study
overseas in Ireland, and I had no idea to study
Professional Cookery. To be honest, I am not a student
who loves to study at all and cookery wasn’t the subject
I wanted to study, but I just wanted to give it a try.
Now, I have lived in Ireland for 2
years. I have finished studying Level 6 Professional Cookery and
working part time at the Galway Bay Hotel. During my study here, I found myself developed a passion for culinary arts and I would love to be a chef. Now, I have received an offer to study Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts at GMIT.
