A Word From The Director
The Irish International Hotel and Catering School was developed to meet the growing demands of the international education. We aim to provide the best facilities we possibly can to students who are interested in specialising in the hospitality sector. As such we hope to provide students with the education to learn and become knowledgeable about this ever changing industry.
The Irish International Hotel and Catering School is registered with the Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC), and is delivering Fáilte Ireland and FETAC's programmes. Graduates of this School not only gain an internationally recognised qualification in their chosen field, but also gain the qualifications necessary to further their studies. The education system in Ireland is student friendly and is flexible. Students can progress to the extent of their abilities and interests without any difficulties.
The Irish International Hotel and Catering School was created for international students. We welcome all students who are interested in the Irish culture and come to study in Ireland with us. With our quality assured programmes, we hope to provide a stimulating and interesting environment for them to learn in.
